Order Status

As soon as we send your order, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking information.

At any point you can see the status of a current shipment or review a past order by logging into and clicking on My Orders. From there, you can view order details and track your orders.

Shipping Methods & Costs

Ground - $19.95 (FREE! for purchases over $550) • 5-7 Business Days

UPS 2nd Day - $25 • 2 Business Days
UPS Overnight - $50 • Next Business Day

You must order by 12:00 noon, EST for 2nd Day and Overnight shipping.
At this time, we do not ship to freight forwarders or offer international shipping.

Same Day Delivery

If you live in a reasonable proximity to our store, we will do our best to meet same day delivery requests. The cost for same day delivery will be $75. Please contact our receptionist at 1-408-247-1024 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (EST), Monday-Saturday.

Order Processing

Orders placed before 12:00 pm PST Monday through Friday will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 pm PST, on a weekend or on a holiday, will be processed the next business day. Our receptionist will always email your tracking numbers once orders have been dispatched so you’ll know exactly where your order is in the shipping process. Order Fulfillment

Orders are shipped directly from our location in San Jose, CA. Orders with multiple items could be delivered in several shipments depending on inventory.

Signature Requirement

To ensure a safe delivery, a signature will be required upon delivery of orders.

Returns & Exchanges

Whether you shop in-store, online, or are a gift recipient, we want you to be 100% satisfied with everything you buy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the price you paid. Please note that all sale jewelry, special orders, and custom-made clothing, jewelry, and accessories are final sale and cannot be returned. Items must be unworn, unwashed, include the vendor packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when they were purchased.

Quick and Simple Returns: There are 3 ways you can return online merchandise.

For each method, we will begin processing your return the day we receive your returned merchandise. Each bank handles card refunds differently, however, you should receive your full refund 3-5 business days after the processed.

  1. In-Store (It’s FREE!)
    Return your purchase in person and one of our receptionists/Style Consultants will be happy to help you process your refund, make an exchange for a different size, or select a new item.
  2. UPS Ground with Pre-Paid Return Label
    Pack up the items you want to return and attach the pre-paid return label included in the original shipment. You can schedule a pick-up with UPS by calling 1-800-823-7459, or you can drop your shipment off at your local UPS store or at any UPS facility. To find your nearest store visit Once we process the return, we will charge a flat rate of $20 for processing.
  3. Shipping Method of Your Choice
    Choose the shipping service of your choice and have the items sent to the below address. Please enclose your packing slip to help us identify your order. Please ensure that you keep your packing slip and the tracking number from the delivery service you use.
